By using the Grammar Fix app ("App"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

* Grammar Fix is designed to help you correct grammar, improve sentence structure, and enhance email writing using the Pollinations AI API.

* You may use this app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. User Content

* When you input text into the app, it is transmitted to the Pollinations AI API solely for the purpose of processing and generating corrections.

* The app does not collect, store, or share your personal data or text content with any third party. All processing is limited to the AI service and is not retained after completion.

* You are fully responsible for the content you input. You must not use the app to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Data Storage

* The app uses Hive, a local database, to store your grammar and email correction results locally on your device. This allows you to easily re-use, copy, or reference past corrections.

* The app does not store any personal data or input content on external servers. Your data is stored only on your device, and you can delete it at any time.

4. Use of Pollinations AI API

* The app uses the Pollinations AI API to process your text and provide grammar and email corrections.

* When you submit text, the app sends a request to the Pollinations AI API, which processes the input and returns a corrected response. The text input is only used for this purpose.

* The app does not sell or share your data. Your input text is processed by the AI and is not retained after the correction is completed.

5. Premium Subscription and In-App Purchases

* Unlimited Usage: The app offers a premium version that allows unlimited access to grammar and email corrections without restrictions. To unlock this feature, you must purchase a premium subscription.

* In-App Purchases: The premium subscription is available for purchase through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The in-app purchase feature is powered by the official In-App Purchase package.

* Billing Permission: The app requires the BILLING permission (<uses-permission android:name="com.android.vending.BILLING"/>) to allow in-app purchases for the premium version.

* Subscription Terms: The app offers weekly and monthly subscription options:

    * Weekly Subscription: Billed weekly at the rate set by the store.

    * Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly at the rate set by the store.

* Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

* Cancellation: You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop the renewal of your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

* We do not guarantee that the app or the AI-powered corrections will be 100% accurate. While the app aims to improve grammar, sentence structure, and email composition, the results may not always be flawless.

* We are not liable for any loss, damage, or issues resulting from the use of the app, including the correctness of grammar, email structure, or any other content corrections.

7. Modifications

* We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the app or its features at any time without notice.

* These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to review them regularly to stay informed of any changes.

8. Termination

* We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
